MENU

To Our Patients,

We understand and deeply respect that you may be concerned about Coronavirus in public places… even at our state-of-the-art sterilized office.

At Carolina Bright Smiles, I want to assure you that our office has even further heightened our already rigid sterilization safeguards and office cleaning standards to minimize the possibility of transmission to our outstanding team…or to you, our valued patient. We have always far exceeded all standards for sterilization and patient care.

Our first priority is always the health and well-being of our patients. And that is a priority we take extremely seriously, even with the current disruptions we’re all experiencing.

Your dental health remains important to us as it plays such an important role in your overall health.

When you visit our office, you’ll see we’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure you have the best patient experience possible. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please do not come to our office and call us to reschedule your appointment. We care for you and all our patients. If we see any symptoms in our patients or our team, we will reschedule the appointment on the spot and send that individual home.

It is just one more way that we can show our high level of care for you…and for everyone in our community. We very much look forward to seeing you, your family, and your friends very soon.

Sincerely,
Dr. Steve Garrett

Are Dental Implants Worth It? [BLOG]

September 16, 2017

Wouldn’t it be nice if every product came with a guarantee? It’s also be really helpful if you could test a product out before you make the decision to buy just for added security that your investment will be worth it.

For small purchases, at least you have peace of mind since most major stores offer some sort of return policy. But there are some purchases where you don’t have that luxury, such as a car or a home.

So what happens when you invest in dental implants to replace your missing teeth? It’s certainly an important investment that you don’t want to take lightly. But even with a great deal of thought, it can still be intimidating to go through with getting dental implants if you aren’t sure whether they’ll be worth it or not.

That’s what our team at Carolina Bright Smiles hopes today’s blog will help you with! Thanks to our skilled professionals, advanced technology, and our dental implants, we’ve had the pleasure of helping so many patients get back to enjoying the life they once had before they suffered from devastating tooth loss.

Dr. Garrett has years of experience with providing patients with high-quality dental implants that can turn your life around, and today, we’re highlighting just some of the reasons why!

Dental Implants Offer Unmatched Stability

There is no other tooth replacement option that gives you the same stability and powerful bite force like dental implants. They really are as close to the real thing as you can get. That’s because dental implants become a new root for your tooth, fusing together with your own jawbone.

The implant is covered, usually by a natural-looking dental crown, so you can have a smile that looks complete and teeth that function just like the real thing. You don’t have to limit your food choices because of a weak bite or missing teeth.

You don’t have to limit your food choices because of a weak bite or missing teeth. This leads us to another benefit of dental implants.

Dental Implants Improve Your Health

Because you don’t have to restrict yourself in terms of what you can and can’t eat, your nutrition won’t have to suffer the consequences. Dental implants will give you the strength and stability to eat whatever you want so there’s no longer a risk of nutritional deficiency.

Dental implants also keep your jawbone and your gums actively engaged since you can eat and speak as you normally would. All that stimulation keeps your bones, gums, teeth, and facial structure healthy and intact.

An added bonus is that unlike removable dentures, you can keep your dental implants clean with normal brushing and flossing everyday, which helps you maintain good oral health.

Dental Implants Boost Your Confidence

With dental implants, you not only feel more confident about eating, but you get a renewed sense of confidence about the way you look! Missing teeth can have a devastating effect on your life both personally and professionally, and that creates a domino effect of poor emotional health.

An embarrassing smile full of unsightly gaps caused by tooth loss will inevitably force you into a kind of self-imposed isolation and stagnation. You’re less likely to have the courage to put yourself out there for that new relationship, or to socialize freely with friends and new acquaintances. How likely are you to feel confident enough to go after that promotion at work when you have one or more missing teeth? Not very, right?

That’s why dental implants can be such a transformative choice for patients! Imagine all the possibilities that a complete, beautiful smile could open up in your life? Think about the ways tooth loss has held you back from pursuing the kind of life and the kind of relationships and connections you long for.

Dental implants can help give you the courage and confidence you need to have the life you want!

Ready To Get Started?

So, does it sound like dental implants are worth it? We don’t just think so; we know so! That’s because our patients all tell us the same thing, that they love having a beautiful smile and functioning teeth again. They also say the only thing they do regret about getting dental implants is that they didn’t do it a long time ago!

Don’t live another day with regret over your tooth loss. Find out if dental implants at Carolina Bright Smiles can help improve your life! Call us today at 919-296-0409 or fill out our online form to schedule an appointment.
