We really have all the modern technology and ability of any big-city practice, but yet it really does have a kind of smaller-town, high-touch feel. And so patients really appreciate that.
We do have lots of patient kind of comfort amenities for them to help improve their visit and to, if they have fear, to help minimize their fear, to help minimize the pain and discomfort. We have Bose noise-canceling headphones for them to listen to music programs if they want to during treatment. A lot of times, people tell us that that kind of drowns out all the noises of dentistry, and they like that. And patient blankets and coffee and tea out front and a lot of things that we have for them here that they like.
One of the primary office philosophies we have is to treat people like we would like to be treated. And it's, it's just who we are, and so I'm not going to treat and implant for somebody that I wouldn't want to treat and implant for myself or for my family members. So I think people can, can and should, feel comfortable that when they come here, it's not, there's no pressure. We're going to tell you what's going on, help you make an educated decision. And we also have camera, video, X-rays right there on the big-screen TV in front of you if you want to look at that. And we can explain it and go over it with you so you can know exactly what we're seeing, and it just helps you to feel more comfortable and involved in the process.
