There's a lot of things that we do, which we do to try to make it more comfortable for the patients. I understand and recognize that a lot of people maybe in the past didn't have great experiences at the dental office. Sometimes they're very fearful, and I take that very seriously and I understand that, that can be really, very real for people. We really try to go out of our way to try help make the patients visit very comfortable and sometimes that include things like sedation, could be a pill that they take the night before and the morning of, or it could be (inaudible) that they take during the treatment here. It could even involve IV sedation. That's one aspect of it that patients find very helpful. We have a lot of little touches in the office, which I think help to patients at ease. We do have televisions on the wall, big screen TVs on the wall, which they can watch TV if they want to during treatment. We also the same TV up on the ceiling above them so if they're reclined getting treatment during their procedure. We also have Bose sound canceling headsets, which they can listen to music on during treatment, which a lot of patients enjoy that. And so, those are some of the things we try to do to help to making things more comfortable for them. We have warm blankets in the operatories. We have hot, warm, moist towels that they can kind of clean up with after an appointment and patients really like that as well. Another one of the things that we do, which I think is really different, is we have a buffered anesthetic, which is something that really revolutionizes the comfort level of getting the shot. I know that people don't enjoy the aspect of getting numb but we really have modern materials that help make it either painless or just minimally painful, so I think patients really appreciate that. Some of them, we go out of our way to work with them on, to make sure that they're comfortable as possible.
