Dr. Garrett takes on his patients and each, I think, their personality. With my personality, of course I’m in sales, and he knows my teeth are very, very important. I’m probably just a little over the top about them, but he always makes sure that they’re the best they can be. If I have an emergency, which I had a couple years ago at Christmas, coming back on airplane I chipped a tooth, and the next morning at 8 o’clock he was here, by himself, to fix the tooth.
It wasn’t that he was going to let me go through the holidays. I think he just takes, again, his patients, he takes it very, very serious. The atmosphere here, from the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted by a wonderful staff with big smiles and they welcome you. Also, Dr. Garrett has taken on his patients as a relationship building business.
Being in a relationship with, and feeling very, very comfortable with your dentist, his assistant, along with his whole staff, really makes you, you feel like you’re with family and friends. You like to come in and you enjoy the experience. I enjoy coming here and they make me feel relaxed. Each room has its own, two TVs, and they have great music, just the whole atmosphere. They have gone the extra mile in this dental practice to make sure the atmosphere is extremely relaxed.
I would always recommend them, and they always, it’s extremely open and welcoming to new patients.
