When we got in here, they took us through a whole plan, did all the X-Rays and everything we needed. We knew what it was going to cost, what I could have done, what I couldn’t have done. It just worked out great. As far as the procedures I’ve had, he did a partial [inaudible 00:00:17] on the bottom.
There were no extractions but I had a lot of cavities. And he of course had the partial done and the cavities were all repaired and he helped me to maintain that ever since. How I benefited it is easy. I can now eat and chew food and I went for almost two years, more like three, to where I could actually not even chew food.
The dentist I had in the past had convinced me that the best thing for me to do at my age was to pull all my teeth, which is a bad mistake on my part not to get a second opinion. I would’ve never had that done. The first comment he made, Dr. Razavi made to me when I came was, “You need to keep your teeth. We’ll do everything you can to help you keep your teeth.”
And he was so firm in that commitment that I knew this is where I needed to be. They welcome you when you come in. You’re made to feel at home the whole time you’re here. And no matter how many times you’ve been or in my experience, no matter how many times you’ve been they treat you the same. You still get that same welcome home feeling when you come in.
And of course you have coffee to drink and they’ll do anything in the world to help you or make you feel at home. I mean Bright Smiles, they couldn’t have coined a better name for it. And the staff again is just wonderful too. They make you feel at home, whether you get one filling or 20, it doesn’t matter.
